Warren M. Winterbottom, Principal, gtmAdvisors, LLC

Mr. Winterbottom has earned a reputation for credibility, professionalism and integrity through 25 years of executive and international management experience in the engineering, scientific, healthcare and computer graphics markets. He is the founding principal at gtmAdvisors, LLC, a management consulting firm specializing in developing profitable “go to market” strategies and programs for high-technology companies.
Prior to gtmAdvisors, Mr. Winterbottom was Chairman and CEO of Atlantech Solutions, Inc., a subsidiary of Bentley Systems, Inc. Through the introduction of Atlantech OneSource, a comprehensive Professional Services program, the company significantly increased its revenue run rate and achieved its profitability objectives.
During Mr. Winterbottom's tenure as Senior Vice President of The Americas Operating Unit at Bentley Systems, he grew revenue from less than $18 million to over $95 million through a unique customer support, software licensing and distribution programs. Mr. Winterbottom co-authored and implemented a subscription support program that captured in excess of 80% market share and generated over $130 million in annual revenues. He also established a VAR program that accounted for over 90% of $220 million in the company's revenue.
Mr. Winterbottom has also held various senior management sales and marketing positions at Intergraph Corporation, AGFA Corporation, Lockheed Corporation (Cal Comp Group), Auto-Trol Technology Corporation, Xerox Corporation, and Johnson & Johnson's Health Care Division.
Mr. Winterbottom who was born and raised in the Philadelphia area, holds as B.S. from Villanova University where he was a scholarship member of the Varsity Basketball Team. He enjoys reading, exercising, golf, and spending time with his family.
